If you are selling, no marketing or advertising can commence until your Real Estate Agent has a Contract for Sale, which must include various searches and certificates. Infinity Conveyancing will prepare the Contract within 24 hours of receiving instructions from you, which will maximise your property’s exposure to the market and ensure a smoother selling process.
If you are purchasing a property and you’re asked to sign a contract, ensure that you forward the Contract to us at Infinity Conveyancing for review prior to you signing. Contracts can vary in many ways so any risks or issues can be highlighted before you proceed further.

  • Preparing settlement adjustments for council and water rates and if applicable strata levies.
  • Completing search checks prior to settlement.
  • Attending to settlement.
